Account Registration
Eligibility: You Must Be At Least 18 Years Old Or Have Legal Guardian Consent To Use Our Services.
Accurate Information: You Must Provide Accurate, Complete, And Current Information During Registration And Keep Your Account Information Updated.
Account Security: You Are Responsible For Maintaining The Confidentiality Of Your Account Credentials And All Activities Under Your Account.
One Account Per Customer: Each Customer May Maintain Only One Active Account Unless Specifically Authorized By Dark Host.
Payment Terms
Billing Cycles: Services Are Billed In Advance According To Your Selected Billing Cycle (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually).
Payment Methods: We Accept Major Credit Cards, PayPal, And Other Payment Methods As Available.
Auto-Renewal: Services Automatically Renew Unless Cancelled Prior To The Renewal Date.

Refund Policy
Money-Back Guarantee: New Shared Hosting Customers May Request A Full Refund Within 30 Days Of Initial Purchase.
VPS And Dedicated Servers: Refunds Are Available Within 7 Days Of Service Activation For Unused Services.
Domain Names: Domain Registration Fees Are Non-Refundable.
Setup Fees: One-Time Setup Fees Are Non-Refundable.

Compliance: You Must Comply With All Applicable Laws And Regulations In Your Use Of Our Services.
Service Availability
Uptime Commitment: We Strive To Maintain 99.9% Uptime For Our Services, Though We Do Not Guarantee Uninterrupted Service.
Maintenance: Scheduled Maintenance Will Be Announced In Advance When Possible.
